Flare Lights

i like to know if you use any flare light mods that i can try out...i used one 1 year ago but as i remember it worked only for trucks cars made that shadow on the road and had better vision on the road....i would like to know if there is one not only for trucks cars and for road lamps tooo cause after modding every part of this game i think lights are not very good stock....any suggestions?
