since ETS 1.30.2.9 update the Local Radio seems to overload my Internet connection so I can't acces any other pages while the radio is running. Even after closing the Tab the radio still plays and I've to close the browser via Task Manager to end the stream and continue browsing like normal. Never actually happend before. Has something changend in new Update, that causes that problem? Error Log of Radio Server if it's useful.

@Trucker2223 The peering system (that allows you to use your phone to control ETS2 Local Radio) is having issues at the moment, constantly trying to reconnect. I uploaded an update for it.

Now, I was wondering how many actually use Local Radio on a different device than the device they play on (so use the webpage on a phone, tablet etc.)
Because I don't collect usage statistics, I would kindly ask you to fill in this poll to provide me some insight:

The new Version 2.8.0 I believe didn't fixed the problem. The Server does still have high CPU and RAM usage:
After some time the Server didn't update my location, so i heard danish Streams in Germany even in Southern Germany and the Server still said I was near Padborg. Plus the controls from my Wheel nor my Keyboard worked, so I couldn't skip any streams. As said I never had those problems until the Release of ETS2 1.30.2.9.

@Trucker2223 Did you force reload the page after you updated? (Ctrl + F5, or click the Local Radio name in the top left) The " The PeerID of this device: " also should be empty then.

OK The Peer ID is still there. I downloaded the new files and replaced them with tjhe old ones. Do I need to reinstall the Plugin. Even now the Peer ID is still there.
/edit fixd it now. I thought Reopening the Browser will have the same effect then Ctrl + F5 but it didn't now the peer ID is not there and it should be working now.

Please, can you tell me how to enable overlay in openGL mode?
I hear the radio, may switch the stations and adjust volume, but I don't see overlay.

@pac0o The overlay is only available for DirectX. There are no plans to add support for OpenGL.
