can you explain it in german or in pictures?
i have decrypted, i have open and i see Driver.xxx and i Substitute this with Driver.600 or more.... in game.... nothing.... no new Drivers in the Job Office.... what am I doing wrong? sorry... my english...

There is a portuguese Mod in Steamworkshops you could use https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... earchtext=.
It works properly in ETS2 1.30.

Thank you. It still works in ets2 v1.32. It is time-consuming though as you have to edit all the numbers of the same driver in the file game.sii, otherwise save won't load.

I haven't updated to 1.32 yet as my combo PROMOD, PRR, RusMap, SRM works just beautifully right now but thanks for the info.

I've finetuned the procedure a bit. Maybe you might try the following: Open the savegame in an editor that allows "replace all" in one go and then do the following two operations
first "replace all" driver.50 by driver.901 and then "replace all" driver.1 by driver.50 .That assigns new numbers not only to driver 1 (50), but also 10..19 (500..509) and 100..199 (5000..5099). So those two operations yield 112 new drivers.
I jot down the numbers already used because if you replace into a number range you already used you can kiss that savegame goodbye. And you should find out what your own number is (search driver_player) - if that number is 1-4 or higher than 100 then that particular number-band shouldn't be messed with.

In my case, I definitely wanted to fill all my garages (I use Promods + Rusmap + Roex + RtA + Swedish islands), which I found it impossible, as it would take about 2000 drivers to fill all 5 slots of all +300 garages. In the end, I spent all the 340 drivers in just Scandinavia (plus Finland and west Russia), and the drivers map was a mess, as the garages were overfilled

But, since I wanted all garages to be filled, and to fill all the playable map with drivers at work, I realised 340 drivers can make it already. I'd better have all garages with drivers, than all slots filled up. Which made me found a solution:

I'm just spliting all 5 drivers per garage, to just 1 per garage. With this way, all your garages will have at least one driver. This demands time, even by using cheats, and depending of the mods you use not all garages will be filled up, but this is no problem as you can realocate them. The income is already good enough (1M euro per day), so, if you want to see your map with drivers around all the place, do this method (I'm right now still realocating my drivers, but I believe this will end the trouble)

Though I added this mod to my savegame, I don't see any new drivers in the chart (it only changed the drivers pictures to that of movie stars). Did you use it? Which priority did you give to it? Does one need to have at least one driver left in the chart in order to work, or it works even with all vanilla drivers already hired?
