Question about map background for Russian maps and EAA

Hi,
I was thinking it's not possible to do map background for Southern Region and for EAA but I found that mod: http://truck-sim.club/topic/23639-novyi ... skie-pros/
So I decided to make my own background map. But really I don't know how to adjust map which I'm exporting from that site http://www.chengfolio.com/google_map_customizer to default background map because it seems to be rounded.
Any sugesstions?
