No he can't, since this is violating rule 2a: Promotion of commercial products, services, links/websites;. No sharing of payware is allowed here! Paid mods also violate SCS Terms, since they don't allow pay-mods, another reason why we don't allow them here!

I can confirm that the setup as mentioned by dark captain works a treat.
I have the same combo but also run a lot of extra maps trailers trucks etc and the fps is still quite good actually.
about 45 to 55 fps at ultra and 400% scaling or about 65 to 76 at ultra and 200% scaling.
And that is on an old rig namely:
optiplex 790 desktop
I72600
12gb ddr3
gtx780
500gb evo850 ssd
