[REL] Warm white low beams for all trucks v1

I got sick of the cold white SCS has made for the headlights, so I decided to make them warm white - much like an Edisson's light bulb.
There are still 2 things to fix but for the moment IDK how to do that. But you'll see these 2 things rarely, so there's nothing to worry about.
Due to inability to change high beams color to anything even close to the warm white of the low beams, I gave up trying. So now high beams are default color, only low beams are warm white, like on the screenshot above.
