tkk, I'm not sure if you have done it, but as I have seen, since the illegal characters are excluded, Hollands plates are now spot-on!

Yes indeed I have but I've currently got limited internet so I cannot upload any pictures for now. If you want I can show them once I am able to upload the pictures.

And there's another reason why I can't do too much now. As I don't have 1.96 yet (due too the same problem) and as 1.96 includes Zwolle, my fixed Dutch number plate system won't work on number plates from Zwolle. So I'll have to get 1.96 in order for the suggestions you suggested to be accomplished everywhere in The Netherlands.

Good news though is that I've found the way to get different formats in the number plates and so I can add all those formats you requested. One question: Are these formats applied to all the vehicles (cars, buses, trucks)?

OK, so I've sort of accomplished Loekie5500's request for the Dutch plates with only one problem: I realised that the game has some limitations to the groups of letters allowed in the plates and because the AI has already quite a few of these letter groups I haven't managed yet to exclude the "SS" and "SD" combination for the AI vehicles. For the buses and trucks though, these combinations are gone.

Now that I happen to have some extra internet, here are some pictures.

No. Only trailer's. Vehicle's LP's are correct.

I'm trying to fix the font.

You can see that the font just isn't correct. AFAIK they use Helvetica font.

Hopefully, I've got the correct version and I'm trying to blend it in.

Hey ) Could you please improve the german license plates?? Germany has got a lot, but in the game there are only the plates of the cities, and thats really sad.
