@MattJkt - Your game version is 1.27.1, but Sound Fixes Pack v17.44 is for game version 1.27.2.
You can either use the Steam Workshop version to automatically get Sound Fixes Pack v17.36 or you need to download Sound Fixes Pack v17.36 here:

Hi there, I was wondering if it's possible to change the noise level of the outside traffic, since on ets2.lt it's mentioned that using the developer option in the console in-game that you can bring down the wind and tyres noise level.
Can it be done here as well ?

If you use the non-Steam download link, you will find an "open windows" and a "closed windows" add-on!
EDIT: First post also has instruction on how to lower wind and tyre noise specifically.
