Rember the good old times of when ETS2 came out and you started from the very begining? Well with ATS coming out soon so i want to find out how the community will play.

Hardcore - use full simulation, no editing profile with cheat engine
Cheater - edit your profile with cheat engine

What you described as "hardcore" is not hardcore at all So yes, I'll go for this option

Of course that I'll unlock everything progressively, after I torrent the game.Not because I'm cheap, I actually don't want to spend an unknown amount of money on a game. I'll wait for a bundle with 85% down.

That brings out a different question: What is the price of ATS? There's no price on Steam, and I fear that it will be more than for ETS 2.

It is confirmed that the ATS starter pack will cost €20. That is much less than what ETS2 costed at the release (I guess that was €40-50). This price level is about the same as the Scandinavia DLC at its release. I'd call it reasonable, considering that Arizona will come later as a DLC for free...

Well, I guess I could toss $20 in the pot to give it a try. I spent $75 on simcity just to find out how bad they mess it up As far as how I will play, I've been driving in SCS's truck series since Hard Trucking and I have neither bought or expanded a headquarters nor hired a driver. So I don't need to cheat. I just save up my money and buy the truck I want. After that I just haul freight.
