That's not copy-paste, but it's just the same company prefab used in both games. :P

SCS made the DLC North prefabs by cloning them from ATS.

The ATS assets were used as a source for the Scandinavia assets.. (in other words they were first)

Interesting... but the quality is there and I am happy with it. Don't forget to congratulate the developers and modders for their work :) :)
