Using Promods assets on own map

I couldn't find any information about it, so I decided to make a new topic. Do you accept using your assets in map mods?

As far as I know, you can but then your map is dependent on ProMods.

Does it mean that the map will be the property of Promods or do the player will need an already downloaded and activated Promods map? i think that archiving of used assets with a made map will be enough to have a mod working.

Players will have to download ProMods, activate it and "add" your map to it.

You can use our assets by having our def files as well as the having all the promods mod parts except the map part in your mod folder. Consequentially, anyone who uses your map will also need to have the promods mod in their own mod folder. (hence, your map will be dependent on promods)

This is the "ATS" subforum... Europe edition of Promods will likely crash ATS...
