Thanks but is it a simple fix or is it complicated? And what would SCS Software / Modders have to do to fix it?

Right, I found and fixed the problem. It has to do with Klaas' Real Gas Prices mod and the Real Gas Stations mod. When those mods are enabled, the Arizona lettering is then moved on top of Oklahoma on both Quick Job, Freight Market, and External Contracts screens. I have no idea how they move the Arizona lettering.
