A professional map robber whose name I will not quote managed to convert ETS2 add-on maps into ATS add-on maps.
Any idea on how he could have done this? I have tried multiple times, but I just can't!

In theory, it's simple: take all the assets from ETS2 and port them over to ATS. Then take all the map sectors from an ETS2 map mod and port them over to ATS. That's it. However you do have some item conflicts due to item names that are used by both games. So you have to solve the conflict and batch-replace the items all over the map. But that's the theory. In practice this is a lot of, and you need to know exactly what you're doing.

(Not to mention the infringement of the author's copyright...)

He want to convert ATS vanilla map to ETS, for him and maybe me.

Yhea. That would be the idea. But I did not mention it as it would be a pro ate project, as I did be using SCS stuff.
