Hey, I'm having some issues with this mod. First, and severe problem, makes my game crash shortly before the runaway at this position:

I'm having the same problem, I constantly crash on route 5 northbound right after the runaway ramp, all other mods are disabled....so its a problem with project west...

Hi everybody! I was just wondering if you'll add inspection stations to the first promods release? SCS forgot to add any to the map. There is one if i remember correctly after Ehrenberg on the I-10, but it is missing from the game.

EDIT: I found it on google maps! So here you can see how does it look like:

What are they for, is it just your normal permanent border-like control?
Peterson logistics - We think, you pay, it's that simple.

Each State has it's own state rules for traffic, cargo, weight etc. I am not a real trucker, but you often see people are inspecting trucks very carefully! They look into the trailers, go through the manifest etc. it could be just like a weigh station in the game. park on the green spot and hit enter. done. have a nice journey. :D

This is true, though I have only really seen these 'inspection' stations near California border crossings most every other state I've passed through doesn't have these, maybe a weigh station at most on state borders other than California.

They inspect inbound traffic for produce, and invasive vegetation. Almost every major route into Cali has them, and they are the only state that has them. You can read more about them here https://www.cdfa.ca.gov/plant/pe/Exteri ... rders.html

Well i figured out the crashing problem, turns out the Project West file on the first page is out of date, when I downloaded the same file from the SCS forums, it fixed all my crashing problems.
