Most of the area in the Navajo Nation is not very well mapped. did you re-do both SR-98 and US-160? they both need a good makeover. US-191 is also very un-realistic they have an airforce field down there in the vanilla map or some kind of Jet takeoff area that doesn't exist. You might add Canyon de Chelly into your map build too, Chinle needs a facelift its quite a sad looking village in vanilla. Just some ideas for you if you want to expand on your already built roads.

@Callipso Not yet, only the entrance roads to Kayenta. I agree that they look rather unrealistic. When I drove these roads in real life they were a lot more 'open' and looked rather different than ingame, but the actual entrance to Kayenta is now more identical to real life. I might re-do the roads like SR-98 and US 160 entirely, but I think i'd rather wait till NM or Utah is released so my work doesn't get overwritten with the releases of access roads to Utah or NM, they have a tendency to overwrite everything in a certain radius.

@ngai-chun.wu Might be possible, but I am focusing on national parks and existing roads at the moment.I will add a continued I-15 to the progress map.

Bit confused here - I've downloaded and activated the mod in the Mod Manager, but it doesn't appear in the game? I'm running 1.5.3.

Noticed CA 120 on the list. It is kind of pointless to do as commercial trucking is illegal through Yosemite.

Nearest legal alternative is CA 108, but even that is not used much. Parts of it has a KPRA of 30, which means 30ft from kingpin to rear axle.

Maybe if the delivery is to the Yosemite Village?

Highly doubt class 8 trucks are used for delivery up there tbh.
If they do its probably daycab and shorter trailers, not the 53ft ones which are normal.
Both roads up there have a 45ft max vehicle length.

So making the road so bendy that you can only bring one of the short trailers and a daycab would probably be ok to the village.
Still... CA120 over the mountain can not legally be used for long hauls.

Edit:
Looked around and found this streetview image: https://goo.gl/maps/5EXZMsMDrzs
So yep daycab and a pretty short trailer there ;)

Grand Canyon Village is not legally used for long haul's either. In fact its strictly off-limits to trucks over a certain length due to the congestion of the roads in the park and the use of public transportation buses in the park. Yet, SCS has granted people access to it in the game. So I really don't see a problem with adding in Yosemite and one or two companies. Unrealistic, quite... Is it fun to be able to have in-game access... I think so.

I am pretty much ignoring truck bans in this mod. Should be up to people themselfes if they want to drive on these routes for realism or maybe they could get a car mod to drive there. Driving Yosemite Park with the GT500 mod was a great experience.
