I don't count stop lane, so it is 1 more.
Dude, I want to try to make interchanges on ends of collector lanes. If you worked on these sectors, please, give me via PM.

Well it's not the widest in ets2...

This is the A2 in Utrecht in The Dutch Map

If you're allowed to drive on them, then I'd count them.

The lanes has nothing to say for how wide it is, it's a combination of lanes and road surface outside of the lanes, such as hard shoulders. That road from the dutch map is wider than the San Diego collector+local section because there is an extra lane on the right side.

LA now feels much more like LA, and that's good. But do you know what's missing? That's right - jams.

@Peterson I suggest getting mods that increase traffic density. I have mods that create jams on the I-5 and I think its the first time I've said I love to see traffic jams.

In the next version of the mod, the mod will be renamed to West Coast Reborn to fit more its description. This mod has evolved from just being 'facelifts' of major highways, to become entire rebuilds and new roads being built. The modifications span across state borders and not just California anymore. I have changed areas in Nevada and Arizona I am excited to reveal this and I hope I can get done with Yosemite and Tioga road to show to the community as soon as I can :)

I will critique your progress on Arizona as I have first hand experience of most of it.
