I knew it! I was expecting SCS Software would cover the whole california with the said DLC, and they surely did.

Looking forward for it next year!

I think you need to refresh your US knowledge.
Maybe you wanted to say I was expecting SCS Software would cover the whole west coast with the said DLC
California is a state, West Coast is just a common name for... the west coast of the US. California is part of the West Coast, Washington too, but Washington isn't a part of California.

California may include Baja California and California del Sur, both in Mexico part. Washington never was a part of California (I guess other US states were sometime).

Oops hahaha, I do apologize. I meant all states in the US West Coast.

Finally West Coast will be completed and we will be able to drive on US 101 from Los Angeles to Olympia (or Seattle, I am not sure about where the road ends) AND I-5 will be a completed highway which goes from Mexican border to Canadian border! So excited! It will be as great as Oregon is!

US 101 ends near Olympia, Washington after going around the perimeter of the Olympic Peninsula.
It goes up the west coast of the state and then along the north side of the peninsula along the Strait of Juan de Fuca before ending in the Olympia area.
Forks, Aberdeen, Sequim, and Port Angeles are several locations that the US 101 highway passes through as it goes around the peninsula.

US 101 ends between Tumwater and Olympia. US 101 is 367 miles in length.
