Hopefully this one will be a little cheaper seeing as it's less than 3/4 the size of Oregon. $13 (where I live) for every roughly medium-sized state would be excessive.

I think it is worth the price.

Will Seattle have the new Alaskan Way Viaduct replacement tunnel that opens in february, or the old and soon demolished Alaskan Way Viaduct that closed 11th this month driveable, or neither?

I would not be surprised if Seattle's driveable area would be this area + smaller roads inside that area. Connected with I-5 and I-90

Does this mean they will head into Canada next and cover British Columbia or go east and cover Central US.

It does open up the possibilities.
But for this and the next year atleast, I personally think they'll go east, towards central USA.

Where else do they need to go to...?
To the West wouldn't make the game much more interesting, that's mostly sea and Hawai.
To the South and north isn't the US anymore.

Well, north and south would be ATS still
