Not at all. Load your save without mods (ignore all warnings), go into the Company manager, move your headquarters to, say, Luxemburg and save/exit. Re-enable your mods, load save --> profit.

im in garage company management and cant find anything to make another garage headquarters

need to relocate myself but that wont be posible untill i have finished my job
