Promods 2.10 Crash Near Zelenogradsk (Russian Border)

Hi

I'm attaching a screenshot and gamelog. My game crashes just before the border crossing point while driving towards Zelenogradsk. I also have RusMap installed. I've marked the crash point with a white circle. Many thanks.
