Game crash issue.

For some bizarre reason, the game always crashes whenever my pointer/mouse comes anywhere close to (clicking on) the Volvo dealer in Murmansk, Russia or even visiting the dealer via driving. I tried uninstalling all the mods, but it didn't work. Is there anything in which the developers or even I can do to fix this issue? Thank you.
