(2.15) Fallen through road near Gdansk.

Just to start, I'm pretty sure Gdansk is Promods territory, correct me if I'm wrong. Also my first bug report.

Latest ETS2 update, latest Promods version. I am aware you only cover Promods, so I MAY have an incorrect load order, I have a few that just "work".

Mod map load order incase you need it:

The road in question, forwards from here just around the corner I fell through the road, yet other traffic are able to continue.

Can provide more info if you need it. My error log is huge and quite unclean.. so.. yeah. It's been to hell and back with mods for me, many new profiles etc.

I may just stick with Promods, cover every road and THEN add more maps and complete them so i can whittle down which is causing this. I also have all 3 map DLC's

Update: I have removed all other maps, and just using Promods, I am able to drive on the road. No idea what mod is causing this, but it's solved for now..

It's not a ProMods issue as you say. Such bugs never happen in our map... Some other map mod is affecting that place. Enable one at a time to find it

As it is my very first post here, I'll start with congratulations for the Promods map, which has proved a joy to install and is great fun to play with. Nevertheless, I experience similar problems as those described here (the only bug I encountered until now). On two different Polish roads, the truck suddenly "sinks" below the road, while other AI vehicles are unaffected. Sorry not to be as precise as Digitalxak about their locations, but it seems that both occurs on the A2 before Warsaw, one between Poznan and Lodz, the other one between Lodz and Warsaw.

Originally I ran Going East, Scandinavia and Vive La France, with maps RusMap and Russian Open Spaces without a glitch. I added ProMods, Project Balkans and Southern Region and the annoying bug suddenly appeared.

After several days of testing, I am still unsure about the exact cause of the trouble but I suspect the combination ProMods + Southern Region - I still need more time to confirm. I thought I had solved the problem by removing all my profiles and starting anew with a fresh one: it did remove two "holes" I used to fall into (I discovered a third one South of Gdansk since I last posted here) but just as I thought that all was fine I got trapped in another hole West of Warsaw. Frustrating...

As of now, all problems occur when driving in Poland, everything seem perfectly fine elsewhere.

Even if ProMods is not the direct culprit, I hope the moderators would not mind if I provide here the solution which helped me go around this problem... Forget about creating a new profile as I mentioned earlier, you can keep your old ones and simply alter your loading order to give ROS a lower priority. I now use the following, and after nearly two weeks of testing, I didn't encounter any difficulty:

long time since I played with ROS in combination ...but Isn't there a airport or something in this area connecting ROS - Poland

I went to Gdansk with the combination PM + Southern Region and didn't encounter any holes in the road, but quite possibly, maybe I didn't test that section enough time, the only time I fell through any holes or had any bugs, was the time I've chosen to drive from the E58 in Romania toward the Ukrainian border, also some Slovakian sectors were overlapping with another mod, which I talked about in the Non - Promods section already, full with game log and some screens, that mod in question is Better traffic flow for PM and its addons, the latest version seems to be at fault here, didn't encounter any bugs in his previous work, so it bothers me a bit. Fully tested with test profiles of course and with only PM and Rusmap enabled in the order brainiac wrote in his Readme file.

Whatever causes that bug, is a mistery in need of solving. Keep on truckin'.

Update : I contacted him and he promised to fix those pesky insects soon.

Did you check box with Rusmap when you create PM def file?

Sorry for the late answer Metpei.

Well, I first followed the recommendations of each map to create the load order which I listed in my first post. When I noticed that it was the combination ProMods + Russian Open Spaces which caused my problem (running only these two maps at the time), I tried again by inverting their load order and the problem was totally solved. Then I just added back the other maps, keeping ROS in a lower position than recommended as shown in my updated load order. As of now, it still works without a glitch: no more "sink holes" in Poland, and I didn't encounter any difficulty on any other map.
