Steam updates destroys fps

Hi, I'm losing my mind. Update 1.26.3.6 dropped my fps and last 1.26.4 get really bad fps hit.
First time log in game 1.26.4, got all France garage location errors, so I immedately exit game and made new profile. I remove all mods even in mod folder and start vanilla Volvo FH in Osnabruck, then drove Dusseldorf and Duisburg. In town got less than 20 fps and on road 30fps. Previously got 38fps in town and 60fps (v-sync on) on road. Graphic options were medium to high.

I reset my radeon ETS2 profile and in ETS2 game options to low and 42fps was max in town. Then I choose maxed game graphic option and got 38fps in town. I exit game and added PM-files to mod folder and put them on, then I get 15fps in town. Outside truck gives 25fps.

I exit game, changed radeon ETS2 profile to max, AA 16x override game settings, (edge smoothing?) reunanpehmennys 8xEQ and Adaptive Multisampling override game settings. Now I got PM only on and got 18fps in town, then changed game graphic options medium-high and scaling 125% and got 20fps in town. Outside truck gives 28fps.

So what can I do when graphic settings hardly don't effect and fps is almost unplayable.

What is this, I was sitting in front of garage, no job and even engine wasn't running:

I tried once 2 weeks ago TrackIR with webcam and it has too big lag. Why it still shows in log, when either software isn't running (double check in task manager) and webcam isn't connected in computer since that:

And Not sure, but I think these are new too:

Edit: all workshop mods were off all the time, I just don't want to find them again in workshop.

You're using ultra definition file as I can see, did you try generating a new one, with standard view distance?
Maybe your drivers are not up-to-date? And you shouldn't use any app that changes (optimizes) settings - always use "let application decide".

If you have TrackIR files installed in your game folder, then it'll be loaded.

It's happening since 1.26, it's a spam that doesn't really mean anything bad.

Problem solved by removing local content in steam and deleting all in docs\ETS2\ (did take profiles & mod folders to safe). Then let steam to download all 2,2GB, then put game graphics medium-high, scaling 150%, drove Duisburg to Dortmund fps 47-53, around Oberhausen was 36-38 for a while. Nice with hardest Radeon settings?!

Then moved profiles & mod folders back and start game in my main profile. There was these again:

You used your profile with older version of PM, now those cities don't exist because of DLC France so you get errors about garages, don't worry about it - it won't crash your game.
