Reskin issue

When i reskin anything in game it appears either pix elated or a black shade.I use paint for editing and dxt for the saveing. is this the issue or something else it would be helpful if anyone knows what the issues is . Image in link

Using Paint is probably a very bad idea... Try with some other tool, maybe that'll help
