Seems to me you need to ask more computer experienced friend to stop by.
That didn't work. However, What I apparently found out is that I have to plug in the pedals first than plug in the steering wheel in a different slot from the last slot you plugged in the steering wheel.

Both worked fine together and with PM 2.15, Ohaha FH2013, abasstrebbas lights, basic mods like that.
My default is real automatic with learning(?) option and I use key "Q" to change sekvential (manual without clutch).

Your game is out dated or you got mod conflict?!
I was thinking about it, but maybe, I do have a mod conflict that doesn't crash the game, but kinda screw up the trucks' transmissions.
