If you let GeForce Experience set your video settings, it's a bad idea. It won't use optimal settings - instead, it'll just kill the performance. The only way to choose correct settings, is to do it manually

Well, I'm afraid I can't really tell you what settings will be the best for you. It really depends on the hardware.
Scaling affects performance a lot.
Also MLAA is a performance heavy feature, that I disabled to get more fps.
Shadows, mirrors - you can try to reduce some settings here too.

You seem to be running the game in 32bit. Try to run it on DirectX 64bit.
