I have some errors when will open that file, it is normally downloaded. HELP!!!

The first file is the problem which cant open, and the secund is showed as winrar file and when i going to open it it going to install winrar... lol

https://www.promods.net/compat.php btw i downloaded it from here, cuz i havent dlc france...

You're missing .005
And the one you're going to unpack is that 2nd from the top. Right-click it and choose Extract. Don't open it.
