my ets2 is not loading the game, every mod is up to date but every time i load my game ( i get the loadingscreen with screenshot ) and after that it take me back to the menu where i need to choose my savegame.

You're using an outdated Road Connection file.

lol that was the problem, it was weird because the discription says 1.27 but thx its fixed now
