Not a full download

So i went to download the mod, Used the paid download, and I went to load it up in the game but the game kept crashing, So i had a look around and realised there was a certain order to load the files in, Only to discover i am missing a file, The Definition Package. Anyway to actually get this? It certainly wasnt in the file i downloaded.
