My game crashes but I have done everything correctly!

Hello everyone I have seen this website and thought how cool is it to expand my world in ETS2 so I downloaded and followed the tutorials online to get the mod working correctly. I have tried doing the same process twice just in case and ran tests and everything. However, when I start my game it crashes if I enable the mods. here you can find my gamelog.txt thanks for the help.
