Does anyone know why I miss part of the road

If you put the hotfix above the road connection, you'll lose that connection. But if you put the hotfix below the road connection, you'll get the connection back, but you'll have bugged delivery points in Helsinki. Hope that helps you

tylerciencin9 means PM fix 001 in mod manager, put fix 001 below PM_RM_127_roadconnection, hope you updated it from here: https://promods.net/posting.php?mode=reply&f=28&t=17588
