What other mods are you using?

Your screenshot isn't really helpful. I don't even see the minimap.

Press F11, write anything in the box, click REPORT.
Go to Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2 and find bugs.txt file.
Copy the coordinates here, then I can teleport directly to the location ;)
