ETS2 1.28 increased suspension sensitivity / decreased stability???

1. Today I tested ETS2 1.28 with Promods 2.18 + Rusmap 1.7.4 + Southern Region 6.5.2 + Project Balkans 2.4. Before testing I did not change anything about settings. I felt that when I steer left/right truck swings a lot. Is it about increased suspension sensitivity or decreased stability? And driving over 90 Kmph , I lose control when steering.Is there anyway to decrease this sensitivity? Or should it stay at the same level in order increase reality.

2. Is Project Balkans 2.5 compatible with ETS2 1.28 or should I maintain using 2.4 version???

3. I could not find SR ferry route (Constanta-Novorosisk).Can any of you guys give me any link compatible with ETS2 1.28 and Promods 2.18?

Project Balkan 2.5 is compatible with ETS 1.28 (I would rather use 2.5 instead of 2.4 because of the new city in 2.5)

to 3.
Fr8i said in the SR Forum what you have to do to make it compatible:

Just open the manifest.sii file and change this line:

compatible_versions[]: "1.28.*"

Now the game accepts the mod.
