Mod Order with ProMod and JazzyCats

Can anyone tell me what the correct order is for enabling ProMods and Jazzycats files.
Now I only have promods 2.20 and Rusmap 1.74 installed.. I want to add the latest
Jazzycats files but I am not sure of the order.

Always put Jazzycat's mods above PM files and RM files in mm. Update them here: http://jazzycat.ucoz.net/
