Signs bug in Italy

Hello. I saw recently a bug in Italy: In Italy are the signs empty. There is also nothing written in these signs like citys or something similar, there is nothing. And sorry, if this bug is already known. I hadn't found it, so I posted it here.^^

Could you provide a game.log please?

Please, don't report "bugs" if you use other mods. And you didn't even show us your game.log. I guess you use Southern Region map, as this issue was mentioned many times already...

Lol, it was the map mod Southern Region. Thank you for the fast answer, @Vøytek! But... do you have an idea, how I can keep the map Southern Region without to have this sign bug in Italy?
