Seems to be a mod conflict because you loaded a lot.

You are using mods that work in 1.30 when you're using the 1.31's open beta, that's the problem.

Oh okay, so do you suggest that I disable all of my mods? And wait till they are compatibility with 1.31.

You can downgrade back to 1.30.2.9 if you set beta option in game properties in Steam to none.
This mod is so awesome :D

Using Promods Europe 2.68 and ProMods Canada 1.2.5a
