As title said.

The truck stops as the images show and can not move more.
I think it is the trailer height problem.

Could you post us the coordinates?

And the lazy option is, have you tried to call the repair center?

It is a known issue that the Krone 4-axle trailer has a collision model that makes it difficult to connect to it when picking up the trailer for delivery.
It is on the list to be fixed, but it is unknown when that will be done.

I've found that I can connect to it by taking a bit of running start in reverse to it.
Move your truck so that you are about a truck length away from it and then start reversing.
The trailer should ride up and onto your truck if you do it right. Just don't go too fast or you risk damaging your truck.

@CptCaribbean
Sorry I didn't know how to do it at the time.
But I remembered it was at Bern as below.

@KrysEmlyn
Thanks for sharing. Maybe I will wait for the fixed version.
And also not knowing it can be connected by this way.

@Trucker2223
Thanks for sharing. I didn't know the dev. cam function before, just google it and found some function.
Guess I have to learn more about it.
