Can't Load Save Game

Hi, I have the latest 2.27 version of PM and the latest versions of all the recommended compatible maps (RusMap 1.8, Souther Region Map 7.0, The Great Steppe 1.03, Paris Rebuild 2.1 and ProMods Addon - Emden 1.02) but I can't seem to be able to get my save game to load.

Here is my game log:

On the Southern region Map, am I supposed to use the Ferry Connection for PM & SR Constanta - Novorossiysk or Ferry Connection for PM & Italy DLC & SR Messina - Constanta - Novorossiysk?

I followed the recommended load order here: viewtopic.php?f=42&t=14523

Paris Rebuild isn't working in 1.31. Please remove it.
