Hello. I am using promods 2.27 and ets 2 1.31 and always when I try load game I have force close to windows..... Without promods game run well

It looks like to me, that forstys Mod requires DLC italy to work. Since you don't have it, it will crash. So yeah do at Voleybal4life said and remove frosty Mod.

Frosty Winter Weather mod v6.5 is designed for ETS2 v1.30. Mr. Grimes released Frosty Winter Weather Mod v6.6 for ETS2 v1.31 a few days ago: Frosty Winter Weather Mod v6.6. I have not tested it, but I can imagine it will work better than using v6.5 with ETS v1.30.
