No ferry connection on the World map and no cargo to Ireland??
What is wrong? Is it me or Promods?
I use Rusmap also.

I am an programmer since 30+ years so you can be very technical with me.
I saw in the log that it can not find info about some ferrys but the "ferry" files are in the def file!?
Might be some mod that causes this.
I disable all of them and add one by one to see what is happening.

I see you are using quite a few mods besides ProMods. Please try with only ProMods enabled. And after that, enable them one by one.

I removed all mods so only Promods is enabled and now it works. Ireland Connections is there + the other that was missing.
Will start to add mods one at the time to see when it fails.

Found the problem. It was the K_Realistic_Economy_Mod_V1.3.scs file that
also changed ferry prices and did not have all new ferry connections. I just deleted the
ferry directory in that mod and also removed everything except bank, police and so on sii files.
Added all other mods and also trying your ProMods Trailer & Company Pack v1.17.
I like jazzycats AI mods and will keep them, but I removed his trailer & cargo to test yours.
All is well now and if I find another mod that I like I will check exactly what is in it.
