[2.27] Game crashing at loading screen

Hello, I have a problem with mods. The game crashes at half of the loading screen. I tried changing the load order, deleting some of the mods as they were incompatible, but the game keeps on crashing and I ran out of ideas what causes it. The game is updated, I have all of the required DLCs (I don't have the Italy DLC so I deleted Project Balkans) all of the mods are updated, I reckon that the load order is also correct, but I could be wrong. If so, please tell me

This may not be the only problem, but at least one of your mods (not ProMods) still requires the Italy DLC:

Josh0, does the mod requiring Italy DLC have to be a map mod, or can it be any kind of modification?

Ok, I think I found the culprit. I uninstalled all of the mods, kept only Promods and TCP, then I kept on adding mods one by one and the game was working just fine until I added the Southern Region Map. I'm not that desperate to keep it, so I'm just gonna get rid of it. Thanks for help
