You only have one of them. Both are necessary to use the ProMods TCP mod.
Wow, im really not sure how that could of happened.. I wouldn't of been able to figure that one on my own for sure. Well sounds like everything is sorted! Game works like a charm with all the mods I have added, feels like a brand new game :D
