Cannot play with promods + rusmap, game crashes on loading

Tried rusmap only and promod only - game loads and asks for starting city.
But when i run both with correct load order from rusmap folder - game crashes on loading.
Here is game log:

Please help, i want to play both maps so bad

Looks like new RusMap requires DLC Italia and it'll of course crash the game if you don't own it.

Strange that it's not stated as requirement on rusmap page. Oh well.
