yes, but I can extract with winrar too or only with zip7, I extracted with winrar. Testfiles says that all is OK

What precisely is not working? Please provide your game log.
ProMods moderator, translator, and tester. ATS and ETS2 player and modder. Author e.g. of the Profile Jumpstart mods. Fennoswede from the Finnish archipelago.

I cant even use this mod because its doesnt show me this mod in the game modification menu

Then you are probably not placing the SCS files in the correct place.
