Cannot Download Promods

Hello, I am very new to promods. This is my first time downloading this mod or any mod really for ETS2. When I click the links(I am using the free server) it will take me to the clearload page but it is blank and I receive a notification from Chrome that clearload servers sent nothing and as such I get a blank page. Any ideas as to how to fix this? Thanks
