Crashing anywhere outside of the UK

Hi, I'm new so be kind

title says it all, i cant get outside of the UK without it crashing to desktop, I have tried on a profile with no mods installed, and a new profile again with no mods installed, and yes, I have the DLCs installed, some help would be very much appreciated, thank you

Can we please see your game.log?
Open it in notepad.exe, and copy the content to www.pastebin.com. Provide the link here.

Done the Economy reset, that didnt work, downloaded the latest promods 2.30, game version is 1.31.2.12s.

started a new profile with mods installed (nothing else, all DLCs) and crashes when I select a city

What program did you used to unzip the file? If it is WinRAR try 7zip. 7zip will gonna work hopefully.
