title says it all, i cant get outside of the UK without it crashing to desktop, I have tried on a profile with no mods installed, and a new profile again with no mods installed, and yes, I have the DLCs installed, some help would be very much appreciated, thank you

Done the Economy reset, that didnt work, downloaded the latest promods 2.30, game version is 1.31.2.12s.

started a new profile with mods installed (nothing else, all DLCs) and crashes when I select a city

What program did you used to unzip the file? If it is WinRAR try 7zip. 7zip will gonna work hopefully.
