[2.30] Installation issue (ProMods Definition Package marked as Incompatible)

OS: Windows 10 64 bit.
ETS2 version: 1.31.2.10s (64 bit) - Steam version.
DLC enabled: East, North, France, Italy, and all three cargo-related (High Power, Heavy, Special)

ProMod 2.27 worked fine for me.

I downloaded all 7 parts + TCP.
I created the def file, which for 2.30 is named "promods-def-st-v230.scs" while in all previous versions that I have used so far it was named "promods-def-vXXX.scs", without the "-st" part in the middle.

I removed all previous files from the mod folder and copied over all the new files.

I launched ETS2, chose my profile, went to mod manager.

I removed all previous active mods.

I proceeded to activate all new mods. However I ran into a problem, which is, Mod Manager tells me that the ProMods 2.30 Definition Package is incompatible.

I don't know how to proceed from there and I would appreciate assistance.

EDIT: I found the issue. A local firewall did not allow the correct installation of the Special Cargo DLC. Please ignore/remove. Thank you and I apologize for the inconvenience.
