Random crashes - root cause help needed

Hi Everyone,

I'm crashing randomly all times, sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes after 30 minutes, no logic. The game freezes out and I can only close the game with the task manager but I already see the appcrash by then.

Obviously I know that one of my mods causing this. I have a lot and I use them all. Could you please help discribe me how to determine which one causing the crash? Then I can self-fix myself. Thank you so much.
