Game Crash while loading promods 2.30

Hi, My Game crashes while loading promods 2.30. I had tries the method force economy reset but of no use and i tries disabling all mods except promods 2.30 but of no use. Please help me from this problem.

My gamelog.txt was on pastebin.com
